I think AEE is trying to trigger the article Sapporo, but a nation like Sweden will prosecute their case.

I'm sure he'll be able to share the financial pain that shareholders are feeling with aplomb.
That being said, I don't believe Reeves is unethical either. Capital management, the timing of the DFS together with the Lind convertible notes was not his best decisions, yet he is pretty much of a one man team and it ain't easy guiding a cash strapped entity through the swings and roundabouts of project development. If only the DFS for Tiris was not released via the payments from Lind. The Cameco decision making, plus the Trump 249D may have provided the impetus for it but it died a quick death as it explicitly implied Tiris is not feasible.
By the way where is the Vanadium/polymetal SS?A capital injection and a vote for preempt would be positive - at least he'll be trying to keep the bastards honest.
Shareholders are lucky that CB and ASEAN are propping it all up.
