what amazes me is that when the price of FMS is going up all the holders are shouting everyone drinks and anyone that has anything slighly negative is shot down.

the price falls a few cents and people come out and say told you so and those same guys that were shouting everyone drinks and having a go at anyone negative become either very aggressive or take the stance that its a long term play.

the mentality of these camps is amazing and very facinating.

while i dont really beleive all that management of FMS says, i do think that the MC is still to high but it is becoming clear that FMS has some sort of resource, no one can deny that (if its economic is another question). the issue now is that it will take time to sort out is how big the resource is and how good it is, the time factor here can be the killer.

it will take FMS time to get confirmation of the rest of the resource and this is the time where people either cash in and move on to the next quick profit or hold on for the next 2-3 yrs waiting for the next leg up. so dont be surprised to see this drift because the hot money will be looking elsewhere. if this stock falls below the exercise price for the options then the major source of cash for these guys will be gone, if that happens then it really will implode and thats when it will be cheap.

so it will be very important for this stock to hold above $0.10, that will be the true test for this stock because without the option cash they will have to go to they market and seek capital.

so for me, i will sit on the sidelines and watch what happens because while they have something, just how good that something is will take time to work out and a $150m MC is too high for how far advanced they are.
