CR will be part of the LSE listing raise.
Will all be sophisticated money. Few in Oz will put some money in the jar but I would expect mostly UK funding.
Expecting it to be well north of $25M IMO.
Of course this will add dilution but if those wanting the SP of multiples above 10c a share consolidation is the only way to make it happen down the line and best thing for the company to survive the next few years without a crappy buy out offer.
This is still a 12 month ETA imo so not next weeks problem when making financial decisions.

Of course this won’t please everyone and one should have a plan in place beyond buy and hold or at least learnt a lesson or 2 over the years.
People want to see Malta come online ASAP then this is the best way forward.

Higher the listing price on the LSE early 2020 the better off for the SP here.
Being the first MC public listing in the UK, if things explode with interest there, the knock on effect will carry onto here.
Hopefully roadshows spikes some interest at these low prices.
