I was at the AGM and spoke to the US VP afterwards. Thought it worth noting they do have a focus on learning hospitals where the future surgeons are taught. They will spread out to the other hospitals and spread the Novosorb gospel! Nice little anecdote was the competitor reps are buying PNV shares...

I liked the question on logistics and the response. They like to have at least a 6 month supply in each jurisdiction. Manufacturing capacity is more than sufficient for foreseen demand for the next couple of years. New director Robyn from CSL will be all over that side of things.

The question on IP Protection was great and the response better! It seems even if someone tried to copy BTM the patents don't include every little procedure required to make a quality product. Also they have upgraded their IT with an Encrypted firewall so much harder to hack.

From what they are saying and not saying it seems revenue is going to keep expanding at a breakneck pace. The only bottleneck from my point of view is trained surgeons and enough good sales people. It seems the sales guys can make their salary in 3-4 months and then its all money to company. They are focusing on growth and not immediate profits.

All in all this company is going to be huge in 5 years and awesome in 10!
