Howard has a problem saying the obvious; it would have cost him nothing to apologise to the aboriginals in some form. Placing himself so far above the populace and living in Kirribilli will eventually bring him down. However at 65 he is unlikely to change. The new voters, 18 to 22, and those sub 30 will only listen to simple logic.
