Ms MacTiernan indicated the WA government had since recovered 1.3M of the 2.6M paid to Carnegie.
If that is the case, why was that not disclosed to market? Surely listing Rules 3.1 and 3.1A apply? Or is it considered irrelevant because the company was not trading? Surely it would have been detailed in the prospectus or financials. Have I missed it?
