The exploitation plan is for the full field life and the PSC states it must include recoverable estimates so I guess we will see when we get the approval.
Cairn do have income but not enough to pay for the tax bill if they lose.
Im sure FAR would have liked arbitration finished also. We have zero idea what has gone on behind the scenes.
The government have to put up with arbitration its the mechanism they chose for dispute resolution.
