@Ex Oyster farmer it sounds like you have quite a bit of money on the line which is not good to hear.
If that is the case why don't you take up Sholom and the reps offer to organise a meeting and have some of your concerns addressed?
If I had lost that much it's the first thing I would do. I certainly wouldn't be trying to find answers on HC.
