I believe he’s been given the right to go to the full bench of the High Court and that outcome is down the track (whatever that might be).
Regardless of what transpires, he’ll most likely spend the rest of his remaining years fighting allegations................ but then that’s what is to be expected if you head up an organisation that has the number of issues that it has.
