Hi @MyBentley yes BL has stated in the past that he believes our company could be taken over before any significant revenue is generated. This is unlikely to happen though until the food and drug administration gives us the green light to sell our product throughout the USA market.

In my opinion 20 billion dollars is unlikely to be the take over price that major companies are willing to offer at such an early stage of the development cycle with no proven revenue yet. This is why we must stand strong and fight off any whales who wish to swallow us whole at such an early stage because I just can't see them offering any more than $2 at this stage provided we have FDA clearance and TGA clearance for adults. If all goes well and we are FDA-cleared over the coming days/weeks I vision the share price closing around $0.65. At the end of creasphere digital health program if all goes well with Sanofi I expect another major re-rate in the share price to between $0.80 to $1 with a 100% premium take over offer their after. The offer would be enticing and I'm sure certain investors will be willing to let them go but imagine the bigger picture with sleep apnea into the equation and reoccurring revenue coming in from not only the diagnosis of respiratory disease but also the management of respiratory disease. The 20 billion you quoted could be the company's valuation in several years to come but like I said it's not something that is going to happen overnight from a takeover offer IMO. Hell I'd love to be proven wrong on this one Bentley @ around $30 per share for a 20 billion dollar valuation even the dog would be eating organic grass-fed lamb cutlets for breakfast lunch and tea lol
