I’m wondering if everyone has read the upcoming AGM Resolutions. Looks like Matt Briggs will be granted 15mill Options as a means for Reward and Incentive. If you read Resolution 7 Carefully we have breakdown of 2500000 Options at Short Term Incentive terms which looks like a Freebie to me. Then the balance of 12500000 at Long Term Incentive which is still a dream at this stage. (Or is it ). Let’s also remember our MD’s contract when he signed over three years ago. $340000 per year, plus 11mill Options in three tranches which ended 23 August 2018. All were subject to145 pc of the VWAP at the time of the Tranche. These now expire on the 22nd of August 2020 so just think about it. I can’t remember the exact exercise price on these tranches but would guess around $1 mill. Just thinking outside the square. My Opinion Only but would love some thoughts. Hilux45
