I agree. There was a time when I dont think we even looked at short positions and it was all based on price and probably should be still. It would be very hard to see an averaging strategy do badly at these prices so I’m not sure why I’m not in. Still got the idea of grabbing another property when I get my finances in order. I do like regular rent and have kind of got addicted to it
