Dear Ken,

It is heartening to receive little reminders of good things to come and significant operational updates, per the Cathodes Conference 2019 and Plant Project Update, both dated 14 November 2019.

Also, many shareholders are impressed and touched by the leadership team’s focus on the human aspect in the unfortunate event that had arisen between two contract workers. I extend my sympathy and support to the affected staff and wish them all the best.

Despite the positive news, I have a few queries which I hope you can provide more elaboration to clear the confusion. These points pertain to the Plant Project Update, which has alleviated shareholders’ anxiety over a great operational unknown.

1. In addition to grind size optimisation, is the improved lithia recovery rate also dependent on the ore grade used?

2. If so, what ore grade is used to achieve the reported recovery rates; and how representative is that ore grade in relation to the JORC-compliant reserves and resources of PLS?

3. Is the plant specifically designed for processing 30% coarse and 70% fines? If so, then very broadly speaking in regards to nearology, why is the design different to that of Altura Mining’s purported 60% coarse and 40% fines?
