The risk is getting that wall sorted in an efficient and economic fashion.
If SAR can increase production by 330 000 thousand ounces per year at $1200 aisc then this is really a great acquisition for $750 million.
Obviously most holders will participate in the capital raising but there will be a window for long term holders to grab further shares at a discount to value.
I see the share price continuing to be depressed until the certainty around guidance for the super pit is considered safe. This could be anywhere from 1-2 years.
As previously mentioned this throws some doubt on the proposed dividend.
