I get the impression these "old white guys" are more afraid than they are angry or irritated. I think they are a small group in our society and are impacted by an inability to keep up with the speed of technological, economic and social change that is driving our society and communities forward. I imagine being accustomed to a stable environment, this rate of change would be most confronting to our "old white guys".
