I'm not advocating for or against this, but it's worth remembering that ISX is already listed on the Frankfurt exchange. To my knowledge no one has mentioned anything that this exchange has done other than co-suspend (presumably in talks with the ASX?).

Have any announcements come from Börse Frankfurt that anyone is aware of? Are they investigating anything? Do they have different powers to the ASX? If they had similar powers/responsibilities you'd think there would at least be a chance they'd be investigating as well, or at least be visibly involved - rather than just relying on the ASX.

If they're not, can we take that to mean they have no concerns of their own, beyond the ASX investigation?

Just a curiosity.
