All good points TraderGirl73 but you should have emphasized that it is almost unheard of for the Chairman of the Board to resign less than a week before an AGM.

I can fully understand why he would not want to face shareholders, his and the board's track record is nothing short of appalling!

As I said almost a year ago the entire board needs to go, they are collecting fees under false pretenses!

As for those younger players you seek to enlighten, well they should learn that Leopards never change their spots!
If any of the members of this board (Brook, Sharp, Reed or Hutchison) show up anywhere else (ie Don Sharp IP1- take a look at their track record) avoid the company like the plague!
