I hope we communicate tomorrow that while cost of sales are increasing (marketing etc), because the loyalty of our customers is so high cost of future sales will actually decrease and therefore lead to higher margins longer term...
in other words customer acquisition might be increasing but once a new customer has tried the product they are likely to keep buying for years
