You are clueless and have no experience on the ASX if you think the ASX doesn't investigate companies on an ongoing basis.
Every week there is probably a dozen "please explain" letters sent to different ASX companies.
If you've ever been involved in an IPO you will know how harsh ASX is on Chinese backed companies and the "spread" rule. They do not turn a blind eye to them as you falsely state.
This whole situation may seem unfathomable to you, but to any outside person without any skin in the game, the investigation is 100% warranted and the suspension is there to protect the market - whether you like it or not.
Your anger is misplaced, it should be aimed at management and their poor governance and borderline unethical actions and poor market disclosures. All your talk about emailing senators, media, etc etc hoping to get "justice" is cute and hilarious. Good luck to you because you will be laughed out the door.
