If ASX is so diligently looking at companies and issuing ASX queries, why the 16 months delay ? Why only when new shareholders buy it at over $1 then all this happens?
Were they protecting shareholders now by suspending the share and potentially a massive sell down upon relisting? Is this protecting the shareholders?
