Well certainly some assumptions alright, there will almost certainly be further dilution as they fund expansion, adding more shares to the register , PE is based on NPAT after taking into account depreciation and amortization etc....nothing unusual in the above being a startup with no income but needs to be factored in to the degree it can be when trying to speculate on a future shareprice.. Based on today's shares on offer $3 a share gives a MC of $3b without allowing any further dilution so don't hold your breath..the MC represents the value of a Company the shareprice is just a division of it.
Why pick a potential shareprice that may never be achieved and just settle for a higher shareprice going forward with the potential to supprise to the upside...
In the meantime the shareprice is 9.1c and we have yet to sort out permits and finance for phase 1...it's a great little Company with a large potential but let's not get ahead of ourselves...
