Posting on the NOR thread seems to be an invitation to harassment, but out of the "not held" group, you are the only one who actually does some research, and then posts for everyone's information. Only fair I reply. So, here goes:

All the below is in my opinion and not "intended" as advice.
Some is information readily available for all, some draws on my own experiences in the business game.
Note: some reading between the lines might be beneficial

July 2017 and the hype surrounding 2016 highs is fading. The company has just experienced monumental SP spike and retail holders are making up the majority of holdings. Top 20 list shows only one insto and the holding is 4.3%. PO, holding sits at about 18%. At this point, I'm watching but I'm not in yet. Those that remember some of my earlier posts, would no doubt remember me banging on about the need for "new money" to enter this company. Then this:

Oct 2017: First decent mention of Oracle and integration into Oracle cloud
Nov 2017: CR results in $1m placement to Institutional investors @0.018
March 2018: CR results in $607k to holders and $393K to insto
Sep 2018: CR results in $300K to holders and $1.2m to insto
March 19: $290K to holders and $200K placement to insto + further $1m insto

Now the above might not be exact, sure i have missed some, just rough notes I have, but the message is clear. No let up in accumulation of NOR stock.
So do I have my "new money"? 2019 holder lists show "instos" now own about 18-20% of NOR! PO down to about 10-12%.
Now while some will say instos don't always get it right, I agree. BUT, when it's identified that they have got it wrong they cut and run. Always. This is not happening at the moment.

Not only are they not selling down, it would appear to me at least, that there might be some internal competition going on amongst them? Changing constitution will be voted through, and it will take place. This comes at significant cost, to a company that seemingly doesn't have much funds at the moment. Main reason for change.... 'partial takeover' mitigation. This is particularly interesting imo. Now, even more interesting, is that recent "placement" of 67m shares, ended up in an account that has certainly got my attention. @Holla has raised this also. Temporary holding? What benefit? 67m votes at the upcoming agm.....maybe. But why in secret? Why not disclose? Share price might spike? Whats wrong with that? All good questions imo.

I invite examples of sub 10m mc companies on the ASX, with sizable cash burn, that have a top holders list quite like NOR's. Posters have been complaining of "low volume" and no interest on market for NOR, yet the list is aggressivley changing. I have seen other companies listed, where not only has the business stagnated, but the holdings in the company DON"T MOVE. This is not the case with NOR. 4% to 20% is MOVEMENT. Make no mistake. It's just that the average holder is not invited to the party. Find your own way to get in, or sit back and watch it unfold. Choice is up to each individual.

NOROA movements are NOT included in the above and are an impressive sight unto their own.

Hope I have made some sense DC, bit busy atm, and rushing this through. Obviously plenty more to go through, but perhaps some other time.
No need for attacks from anyone, this is specifically put together for DC and not intended to start another back and forth BS storm.
