i thought with the ownership uncertainty how binding or are they able to PE ??? maybe they make PE go away. 1) either deal with FAR for a settlement 2) take them over
I think the problem with PE is that Woodside have been told by FAR they are willing to settle and move on, this gives them a backstop ....
