I agree Smurf.
A junior company with only a $50m cap wants to 100% own and operate the Sconi plant and mine.
Who in their right mind is going to let them have a circa $1.4B and not want any form of control or ownership in that..
I don't see how this is ever going to work and that may have been the down fall of the SKI deal. "in my opinion".
Please someone with more corporate financing experience inform us plebs of how this is done.
