that explains the cash via dilution but did people really expect to own 90% of Vision? That surprised me.
I guess if someone tries to buy it might travel through 6-7c pretty quickly. My experience with underwriting is limited but I gather it is usually bad if the underwriter ends up with a lot but in this case it seems like it would be better if the underwriter gets a lot as he seems to want the stock and seems very committed.
