This could be code for: If we loose PE, than we have arranged with our friends FAR and CNE to buy Far's 5%, as they get their hands on our 35% and to buy CNE's 30%, as they are keen to monetise some part of their share.
This way WPL still have 35%, with CNE 10% and Far 45%, of which they can sell 35% to their backer...
Just daydreaming off course.
