Ok.... before we go down this path and I am as upset as you.. you need to ensure you have your ducks lined up.
- What percentage of shares do you need to call an EGM ( I actually believe it is 5%)
- Have you worked out how many shares that will be as it may be easier just to get a few top 20's and yourself
- Most impornatly, what is your plan to replace Rodney and Peter?
- What are your contact details as it is not stated

Also, have you tried to contact Rodney and just have a chat? I sent an email and got a phone call within an hour.

I am more frustrated that we have not seen a single change in ownership from any of the key staff or directors. To not have aftermarket support for 40c (price of the cheapest shares not escrowed) was poor.
