Guys the company has been run for the last 15 months by John Klepec, Kanda Lu, John Stevenson and Philip Klausius, who are the people that has supervised on the 48.4m losses in a year of good market and almost record exports and that are calling “restructure” what in reality is a liquidation of good assets to cover losses.
