SIQ will never ever ever buy ECX. This is certain. ECX has so many internal problems within that it's not even funny.
Even when ECX was hovering at around 60 cents, it was still not worth buying.
Unless SIQ wants to fall down a cliff, it should never touch ECX... not even with a barge pole.
