hey guys, I have 100,000 shares in SAS and would like to offload them to realise a capital loss of around 14k. this is because I'm selling a property and want offset the capital gain. I don't want to pay capital gains and wait until SAS goes into administration before I can get my loss back at tax time. Is there any way to dump these shares or sell them whilst trading is suspended??
