None of the above. I would've thought the answer was pretty obvious. If you disclose what you're not supposed to disclose you loose that trust and it closes down that line of communication which is the last thing we need.
Most companies don't disclose anything and half the time they won't even talk to you. Why not contact CXO and find out for yourself ?
