There’s too many questions about where this leaves EMH (and it’s shareholders) once CEZ is a majority holder of the Cinovec asset.
I need some more time to digest thoroughly and send some concerns to KC directly, before I decide which way to vote.

Cant help but feel like we are the Eduardo to the Mark Zuckerberg, with CEZ playing the part of Sean Parker.

We all know what happened to Eduardo.
Keen to hear some others thoughts, particularly in regards to how they interpret the valuation (consideration) to be paid and the DFS timeline put forward, or should I say backwards? Again?
