Mak.. NS has dropped in sales and profit for the last 2 years in a row.. mate there's nothing good about this company... its shrinking... highly profitable is debatable too... bottom line at 6 mill off 55mil that's just stock standard nothing "highly" about that number"..

Furthermore the NS part of the business is not going to be able to make the 5mill payments for 2 years and have spare working capital to help Wellfully or any other part of the business !!!! unless OBJ puts a hat out of the bag ...in the next 6 months which is highly unlikely.. there is something not right here.. Danny's business has peaked imvho .. he knows it and is now cashing in at the top..

I'm sorry but the numbers provided are a big red flag for me.. even with all the pie in the sky Wellfully plans .. imvho there is not enough spare cash to fund all the product development they have planned..

Love the vision.. cannot see sufficient cash to fund it all from NS alone..
