What I’d like to know is how new instos will get on board if the record date has now passed?
“The Directors do not intend to participate in the Rights Issue in order to provide flexibility for the introduction of new institutional or wholesale investors to the Company's share register.”
Ami missing something? Do they expect others to pile in for the shortfall (which I expect to be well short of the minimum required, let’s say $55m less the underwritten $20m)
