    Good news and bad news here for me.

    It seems that MTC is still well undervalued, for the reasons below. Bad news is that I'm not buying. Nothing against this stock.

    The permit for mining seems to have been issued for the last owner, which was an obstacle for several years and they finally decided to let it go to focus elsewhere, as mentioned above:

    At 9cents, the MC is about 10.5M, which to me seems less than half proper value with a 1Milloz gold mine and all their Li/cobalt assets in Canada. Cig paper estimates.

    Further to the 1.3 miilion oz au achieved in the original JORC (2003), the old owners completed a PFS for 900k oz.

    Fair value should be at least double from here.
