    This is HORRIBLE. Declining revenue in 2019, and in 2 years profit from 11 million to below $7 million. I'd flog it off for $50 million goodwill in a heartbeat and take 20% share in a company with some unique technology instead of a warehouse selling imported nutrition with no barrier to entry. You'd be crazy not too. I also think you would be crazy to agree to it!
