re: yep - extra... Fair enough, who cares if People Telecom has 4000 times the revenue of SWT. As hard as it may be to understand, all that matters these days is PROFIT.

I'm simply pointing out the fact that the merged entity is going to have to make quite decent profits in order to get any decent EARININGS per share.

Even if the merged entity has 40 gazillion dollars in revenue, it doesn't matter a hoot if they only make 10 bucks profit???

The dilution won't effect revenue, but it will effect the ultimate thing holders/investors care about, PROFIT PER SHARE
