It’s good to see the upcoming capital raising should be conducted at a share price that will inflict much less dilution on us than otherwise would be the case if today’s trading hadn’t been this advantageous for the company. The fairest result would be to push it right up to 20c which is the price many holders paid at IPO before we raise capital, in my opinion. I’m sure Wuxi Baichuan wouldn’t like to see anyone buy in for a large percentage of the company for less than they purchased their 10% for either. If we raised the necessary capital at a much lesser price then our founders might even lose their iron grip of control going forward. I’m expecting another run up into the high teens shortly in order to create a favourable VWAP
