They will pay some massive fine (paid by the shareholders mind you), there won't be any criminal proceedings against responsible individuals and those that were responsible will end up with a nice fat severance package (again paid for by shareholders). Meanwhile the regulator meant to be monitoring this type of thing will get off scott free.
Jeez wizz if i knew corporate crime was so profitable & risk free in Australia i would have been laying on a beach in the cayman islands years ago!
