Since the downturn after swapping out of XAM some time ago I’ve been watching this for copper exposure. Some nasty signs. Had assumed the new technical directors had been to site and agreed with strategy before joining and now this review. The review should have been done before joining. Recent AGM approved MD salary arrangements and 2 big shareholders voted against remuneration report. Instability ??? Company has less flexibility because of debt and may need more cash if they continue with Nifty. If N goes on C and M recent equity and debt will be pissed off. Surely they must give N till the report of Dec Quarter, what‘s 2 more months. Seems like panic to me. Lots to unfold for me yet. Corporate action one potential upside. if they shrink down, will board size and corporate overhead be reviewed.
