Easy end all the tax avoidance schemes which are mainly used by the well off to minimize or avoid paying income tax.
Same income tax rate of a flat 20% for everyone including multinational corporations with no deductions. Tax free thresh-hold of $30,000.
In other words a level playing field for everyone.
