Agree - of course I would prefer the options be converted, but if you are management at some stage you have to decide alternate funding if you don't expect that they will be exercised and you have expenses.
This will be sold down, as it should be on such an announcement but long term I'm still bullish. I assume all of you are still bullish LT as well otherwise you wouldn't waste your time posting daily on HC
