You may be correct, but when I look at the numbers they will need to try harder.
At the last annual report HZR had 2554 individual share holders, and the SPP is capped at $3 million (7,792,208 shares)
If only 10% (255 shareholders ) participate, their applications after scale back will be a maximum of 30,557 shares each ($11764)
My strategy, has been to anticipate an over subscription, and scale back of the SPP, so have been buying on market, and will also apply in the SPP, to directly support HZR
