WPL are on record they would consider buying more.
Buying an FPSO instead of renting is a plus for the J/V and would have been discussed and voted on at J/V meetings and agreed to by the way, so I don't see your point.
Every J/V participant have had years to organise finance.
If you reckon only WPL have finance in place what's the rest of them been doing all this time?
