Surely the operator is supposed to act responsibly by guiding and assisting the other JV partners to achieve the common goal as painlessly as possible.
I’m not convinced WPL are following this team ethnic they seam to be adopting a do as we say or else attitude as we are calling the shots. Certainly the operators regard for FAR’s position seams to be non existent.
All points to bullying the small guy IMO Perhaps because the small guy is reluctant to deal their way. Roll on the decision by the arbitrators to put an end to this.
