Having recently observed FLC going through a capital raise and SPP, it makes an interesting comparison.
In this case the Cap and SPP announcement initiated the fall as shown on the chart, Mr market maintained a SP around and below the SPP price of 44c, and resulted in under subscription ($2.3m of a max 6m).
Then look at what the share price did on the day after SPP subscriptions closed (11th).
HZRs chart looks similar, but mostly holding above the SPP offer price.
