Hunterr, with respect, I prefer not to share my conversation on HC, because there are plenty here that will attack what I say, and that is not something I like to see.

However, I will say that I did ask Meir the questions that were important to me, and I was satisfied with his responses, so I am prepared to support the company going forward. This is a decision I had to make, and I suggest everyone else has to assess and make their own decisions, and not be influenced by anyone else.

For Santa - I did specifically ask about the Annual Report, and he did mention that it will be released after the CR is completed, however he did mention that the (unaudited) report was released, which has all the financials for the FY18/19 year:
