I think it is collectively acknowledged that the purchase of Sunnya and by extension Neurio is fairly well in the positive column. IMO it is misleading to misrepresent this with offhand comments about robbing shareholders when this forms part of the agreement of arguably the most successful acquisition to date.

They did it back in the days from 20 or so cents it was all the way down to 5 cents. People have to still remember how management deals with these situations. Even 5 cents today is somewhat of a discount, dont you agree?
