On 14/11/2019 Patprice asked if anyone could figure out a way to achieve the FMS Board making disclosure of the previous BFS. Since then no one has replied to his question - I presume no one can think of anything at all or is prepared to do anything about this. I believe that if it was released our shares would be trading at a much fairer and informed price.

I have written to ASIC. What has anyone else done?

I think another option may be a well drafted letter from a lawyer to the board asking them to release the information in the previously partially completed BFS that we all paid for.

At least that way FMS should have to answer.

Is anyone willing to arrange this?
