Bullying continues !!!, page-24

Geez, three and a half years now some have been continually bitching about WPL because they were the best bidder of COP's 35%
FAR had the opportunity but had no money.
The reason they had no money is for years now they have to continually come cap in hand to the market and run on a minnow budget.
Their first reaction was to scream and shout about the so called cheap price.
Then at one minute to midnight decided to knock on COP's door saying they wanted more information.
The funny thing was they got all the information, there were no hidden costs, nothing extra, the price was simply what WPL paid for it.
FAR were only upset about the cost per barrel because they thought any bidder would pay more so never got off their butt not that they had the money anyway.

It was common knowledge the price paid, there was no secrets, no hidden information.
FAR have never released what COP gave them, I wonder why.
Was it just the selling price plus adjustments?
Pretty simple really so I have know idea what FAR's defence would be as all they had to do is match it if they though it was too cheap.

Arbitration has took this long because no one was interested in FAR's claims as everybody thought they were baseless so they were ignored.
I give absolutely no credence to any FB gossip that FAR management were shocked by what was produced in the pre hearings, pure FB gossip.

If COP prove to be correct the whinging will be at fever pitch as I doubt the welded on will accept it, just like they never accepted the sale to WPL.
Not long now eh?
